Welcome to Texas12 (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an Affiliate and Member (“you,” “your”) in the Texas12 compensation program. By enrolling, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Texas12 program is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least 18 years of age. By joining, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Membership Fees

• A $12 monthly membership fee will be charged beginning 30 days after your enrollment date.
• A $10 monthly processing and maintenance fee will also be charged to each member.
• All fees are automatically billed to your authorized payment method on file.

3. Commission and Compensation

• You will earn a $30 commission for each new magazine subscription sale you personally make.
• You will earn $2 per month in residual income for each active member you personally recruit.
• You will also earn $2 per month in residual commission for each member recruited by your direct recruits, up to three levels deep in your downline.
• Commissions and bonuses are calculated on the first day of each month and paid on the fifth day of each month via the payment method you have on file.
• Texas12 reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of chargebacks, cancellations, or policy violations.

4. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to Texas12 support.
• Upon cancellation, no future commissions or bonuses will accrue, and access to member resources will end.
• Texas12 reserves the right to terminate memberships for fraudulent activity, misleading advertising, or any violation of these Terms

5. Independent Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates and members are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Texas12. You are responsible for any taxes, licenses, or registrations required by law. Texas12 does not provide employee benefits or guarantee earnings.

6. Refund Policy

All membership and processing fees are non-refundable once charged. Refunds for magazine subscriptions, if applicable, are subject to the terms of the publisher or distributor.

7. Marketing and Conduct

Members agree to represent Texas12 truthfully and ethically. Misleading claims about income potential, company affiliation, or product benefits are prohibited. Members must comply with all applicable Texas and U.S. laws governing marketing, business opportunities, and income disclosures.

8. Payment Authorization

By joining Texas12, you authorize recurring billing of the applicable membership, processing, and maintenance fees to your chosen payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

Texas12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. The total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by that member during the previous 12 months.

10. Modification of Terms

Texas12 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the company website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of USA, Texas.

12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Texas12 regarding your membership and compensation and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.

By enrolling as a member or affiliate of Texas12, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
